At Sellers Markets our eco-friendly, straight-from-the-earth food will sing you a song about the people it’s met, the local growers who nurtured it, the craftsmen who took it by the hand and turned it into something special. These are people who know food, how to grow it, cut it, chop it, raise it and guide it to perfection. We call them artisans. And all our gourmet creations – the Breakfast Pizzas , the pancetta Cobb salad, the turkey and triple cream brie sandwich – come from our Artisan Kitchen.

Artisans are virtuosos. Artists, really.

They’re the ones hunkered down in a dairy in the pastures of California.

They’re up at 3 a.m. working their organic grains into hearth-baked masterpieces.

They’re the good folks at Niman Ranch, Boulangerie Bay Breads, award-winning cheese providers to include Point Reyes Blue, Cowgirl Creamery, Cypress Grove and Equator Estate Coffee’s & Tea’s.
